Cooperative Control Strategy of Virtual Synchronous Generator Based on Optimal Damping Ratio

Wind power, photovoltaics and other new energy sources are connected to the grid on a large scale. The power electronic interface cannot provide inertia damping support for microgrid. virtual synchronous generator technology is introduced into inverter control system. Unlike generator, its parameters flexible adjustable, which can enhance robustness of This paper firstly analyzes influence moment system, it based equivalent relationship between three-phase machine, combined with VSG rotor motion equation, conducts stability analysis small signal model root locus. Based existing strategy, cooperative strategy optimal ratio proposed. Finally, collaborative built in MATLAB/Simlink, experimental results show that proposed effectively improves transient performance VSG, system active overshoot reduced from 5% 0, frequency deviation peak lowered 0.174 Hz 0.115 Hz, confirms effectiveness strategy.
